YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Flavor Evaluation Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to:

Objective:
Assess and analyze the sensory characteristics of various food and beverage products.

Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct taste tests on new products and ingredients.
• Record evaluations and observations using digital tools.
• Engage in discussions and share insights in group settings.
• Receive training in specialized methodologies to articulate and assess sensory attributes, including:
• Visual appeal, aromas, flavors, and textures of food and beverage items.
• Participate in performance evaluations as a panelist.

YOUR PROFILE

Qualifications:
• Non-smoker with no food allergies.
• Exceptional tasting skills and sensory acuity.
• Ability to follow instructions, collaborate effectively, and communicate insights clearly.
• No dietary restrictions or medications that could affect sensory evaluation capabilities.
• Proficient in using computers or tablets.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to punctuality and attendance.
