  • Work with local partners to place and integrate high school/college apprentices, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Lead new employee orientation and training programs, ensuring a smooth transition and effective onboarding.
  • Work with our training and development partners/programs to support employee development initiatives, including workshops, cross-training, and coursework.
  • Handle terminations and offboarding, ensuring a respectful and professional process.
