Renewal by Andersen Territory Representative

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Territory Representative to join our team in the Long Island area. As a Territory Representative for Renewal by Andersen, you will be responsible for building relationships with homeowners and providing them with exceptional customer service.
Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $150,000-$300,000+, with opportunities to earn more through our uncapped commission structure and performance-based bonus opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(K) program and student loan repayment program.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners in the Long Island area
- Conduct in-home consultations and provide custom quotes
- Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity
