Job Summary:We're seeking a skilled sales professional to drive new business growth, expand existing customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires in-depth product knowledge, effective communication skills, and strategic sales tactics to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell Johnson Controls' security solutions to new and existing customers, leveraging established relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth, customer retention, and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services through ongoing training and research
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance
- High school degree or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a successful commercial sales representative in the security or IT industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Competitive salary range: $54,200 - $72,300
