Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ace Global Trading Ltd. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and providing timely and professional support to customers.

About the Role:
* Manage customer accounts in assigned territory
* Process orders, perform inventory checks, communicate order confirmation, obtain approvals, and prepare shipping paperwork
* Obtain quotes for shipping rates and send timely notifications of order status to customers
* Process replacements, exchanges, returns, and warranty requests
* Maintain daily checklist of open orders and stay on top of follow-ups
* Support regional sales representatives and customers in providing product information
* Work in QuickBooks to notate customer transactions
* Represent company values and adhere to policies under CSR manager

Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer service
* Understanding of order processing and timelines
* Ability to learn product information and develop a rapport with customers
* Good organization and time management skills, ability to multitask and adhere to timelines
* Team player with a customer-oriented approach
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Experience/proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
