About the Role:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our center, ensuring that students receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the center team, including preparing student materials, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist with daily operations, including preparing teaching materials, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
