Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Assistant to enhance our customer support operations. This position collaborates closely with our Account Managers, Quality Assurance Team, and Production Staff to ensure that customer orders are accurately processed and executed to meet expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a positive work ethic. Previous experience in customer service or account management is preferred, along with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and responsiveness. This role is set in a dynamic environment where adaptability and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential.

This is an in-office position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility available.

The hourly wage for this role is $18.00.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks in various Praxis systems, including:
    • Mantis
    • Sugar Suite
    • QuickBooks
  • Assist Account Managers in prioritizing daily tasks.
  • Process and verify batch records.
  • Support Account Managers in creating and printing necessary documentation.
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives to assist with account management tasks.
  • Take notes during meetings and prepare minutes for team updates.
  • Draft and distribute agendas for internal and customer meetings.
  • Be involved in new project setups and ensure timely order processing.
  • Collaborate with other Account Managers and engage in cross-training on various accounts.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or account management is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is preferred.
