Client Relations Coordinator

The Client Relations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring top-notch support for clients by addressing inquiries, providing effective solutions, and maintaining precise data management. This position involves handling incoming communications, resolving client issues, and utilizing data management tools to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is meticulous, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering outstanding service while ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming client communications promptly, offering assistance and relevant information.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues by adhering to established protocols and providing suitable solutions.
- Accurately input client information, orders, and other pertinent details into the company’s database.
- Leverage data management tools to organize, maintain, and analyze client data, generating reports as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet client needs and provide insights on recurring challenges.
- Process client orders and support order tracking, ensuring clients are informed about their requests.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all client interactions, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide clients with current information.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including documentation and reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous).
- 1-2 years of experience in client service or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data management tools, including data entry and spreadsheet management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle client calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- A positive attitude with a dedication to providing excellent client service.
Hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00.
