Position Overview:

The role of a Relocation Services Coordinator involves assisting clients during their relocation journey, ensuring a seamless transition in accordance with corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients currently renting properties, ensuring accurate auditing of expense reports and related services.
  • Implement client relocation policies for individuals moving within North America.
  • Facilitate authorized relocation services, including the shipment of personal belongings, rental assistance, temporary accommodations, and real estate agent coordination.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of IRS regulations pertinent to relocation.
  • Guide clients through the expense management process.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with third-party service providers and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records in company systems regarding client relocations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
