Position Overview:
The role of a Relocation Services Coordinator involves assisting clients during their relocation journey, ensuring a seamless transition in accordance with corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients currently renting properties, ensuring accurate auditing of expense reports and related services.
- Implement client relocation policies for individuals moving within North America.
- Facilitate authorized relocation services, including the shipment of personal belongings, rental assistance, temporary accommodations, and real estate agent coordination.
- Develop a foundational understanding of IRS regulations pertinent to relocation.
- Guide clients through the expense management process.
- Establish and nurture relationships with third-party service providers and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Maintain accurate records in company systems regarding client relocations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills:

- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience Requirements:
A working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is essential. A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, relevant experience in real estate or relocation may be considered in lieu of formal education.
