Role Overview

As a Healthcare Account Executive at Lenovo, you will play a pivotal role in fostering client relationships across various Business Groups. Your primary focus will be on driving growth within our Large Enterprise Accounts by executing strategic account plans that utilize our comprehensive Solutions and Services portfolio. We are looking for candidates with strong sales expertise, technical knowledge, operational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to enhance technology sales with a focus on achieving business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze clients' requirements and objectives to provide customized solutions.
  • Proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Meet revenue and profitability goals for Lenovo while expanding product offerings.
  • Formulate, implement, and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead the sales approach for account teams and drive revenue growth across Lenovo's diverse portfolio.
  • Oversee financial performance and governance across Lenovo's offerings.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Manage the customer engagement strategy effectively.
  • Stay updated and adaptable to Lenovo's evolving product and service landscape.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate deal progression.
  • Ensure outstanding sales and customer service delivery.
  • Utilize reporting tools effectively to monitor key sales metrics and achieve operational excellence.
Basic Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of proven technology sales experience in the Enterprise and Public Sector domains.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrated history of top performance with significant sales quotas.
  • Strong technical acumen with a focus on solving business challenges through IT transformation.
  • Extensive experience in developing technology-driven solutions for Very Large Enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and influence relationships at the C-Level, both internally and externally.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with all levels of business and IT stakeholders within complex financial organizations.
  • Motivated to achieve company growth targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in the Healthcare Industry.
