Business Development Manager

Kingspan Group, a global leader in sustainable building products, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive commercial building envelope solutions in the Texas territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will engage with architects, designers, and building owners to promote Kingspan's high-performance building envelope products and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Obtain specifications for commercial building projects early in the design-development process.
- Educate key influencers through live presentations, education, and demonstrations.
- Participate in industry organizations that influence specifications and product selection.
- Meet strategic targets to support aggressive growth goals.
- Record and communicate activities and metrics in CRM.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in commercial construction/specification sales development.
- Understanding of building science, codes, and green building rating systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the AEC community, preferably in the designated territory.
- Ability to interface with top-level executives, design teams, and industry organizations.
