Business Development Manager, Compressor Techniques

Atlas Copco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the compressor market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of sales management experience in the industrial sales industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other technical field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
