Job Title: Enterprise Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our team at 8x8 Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and developing new business opportunities in the cloud communications space.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and close new clients/partners in line with our agreed strategy
  • Develop new business relationships and generate new business for 8x8 to agreed annual targets
  • Manage key accounts and interact at all levels within the customer's organization
  • Manage and develop the sales pipeline, ensuring all sales administration is up-to-date
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and documentation
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience driving direct enterprise sales in a reputable software or SaaS company
  • Track record of exceeding ambitious revenue goals/quotas in previous positions
  • Strong sales discipline and willingness to lead pipeline and internal sales processes
  • Experience with contracting and negotiating
  • Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $173,000 to $288,750, and the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
