Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant II plays a vital role in supporting the Oahu Family Visitation Center by providing administrative and clerical assistance to the Senior Program Director, Supervisors, and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and produce contractual reporting, correspondence, and other administrative duties.
  • Communicate with external and internal referral sources, responding to calls from referred clients and explaining the scope of service.
  • Assist with identifying, collecting, and inputting data needed for funder reports.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in an administrative or clerical position preferred.
Estimated Salary:

$19.22 per hour with a competitive benefits package.
