Job Summary:

ZMANA, a growing company in the Smart Technology industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Admin to join their team in Kakaako.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $18-$25 an hour, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vacation, paid time off, and 401k.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage filing and organizing of paperwork for ZMANA and other small business entities.
  • Assist the CEO in managing vendors, create reports for building utilities, and track marketing projects, inventory, and assess future needs for computer hardware, software, and general office supplies.
  • Support the CEO in managing a newly formed 501c3 organization that helps families on the island.
Requirements:
  • A positive, energetic attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Computer (Macs), business applications, and cloud-based systems, including Salesforce.
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online, Google or MS tools (Office Suite, Gmail, etc.).
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly to changing technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience.
  • 3 to 5 years minimum of relevant job experience.
