**Key Responsibilities**

  • Achieve personal commission goals through individual and team transactions.
  • Engage in proactive client prospecting via calls, emails, and meetings, ensuring accurate reporting in CRM.
  • Carve out an industry niche within our company verticals.
  • Broker deals for both personal and DTSpade accounts.

**What We're Looking For**

  • Experience: 5-7 years as a commercial real estate broker/agent or equivalent sales experience.
  • Licensing: Valid Salesperson license in the relevant state.
  • Expertise: Proven success as a Tenant Rep and/or Landlord Rep.
  • Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of one or more of our markets.
  • Network: Established industry contacts.
  • Passion: Genuine interest in finding your own industry and geographic niche.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinker, and a champion for diversity and inclusion.
