POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated individual for an opportunity in our Atlanta office. The successful candidate will possess a background in real estate and will be trained to develop the skills necessary to advance to a sales associate role within our brokerage division. This position includes a compensation structure designed to facilitate the transition to a commission-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with brokers on retail property listings
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis
  • Identify prospective clients, generate leads, and perform outreach
  • Assist in the creation of client presentations
  • Support the maintenance of company databases and documentation
  • Organize and manage files and records efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum 4-year)
  • 1-2 years of experience in real estate
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the field
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Adept at multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic work environment
  • High integrity and a robust work ethic
  • Must hold an active Georgia real estate license
