We are collaborating with a distinguished law firm seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your proficiency in various aspects of commercial real estate dealings. Your responsibilities will encompass managing intricate financing tasks for both lenders and borrowers, as well as supporting buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and business proprietors throughout all stages of real estate transactions. This dynamic position demands a resourceful legal advisor with substantial experience in real estate and corporate financing, acquisition and disposition matters, leasing agreements, due diligence, and development projects. A personal client portfolio would be advantageous.

Key Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law institution
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Kentucky bar
  • Demonstrated success in commercial real estate transactions
  • Extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Expertise in lease negotiations and drafting
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
