Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Peace Global Logistics. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scanning, photocopying, and filing documents, as well as maintaining office equipment and supplies.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, reserve rooms, and secure refreshments as needed.
- Research and Data Compilation: Conduct research and compile data upon request to support our team's needs.
- Travel Arrangements: Schedule travel arrangements for senior executives, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Document Preparation: Prepare documents, such as invoices, memos, and financial statements, using word processing and presentation software.
- Light Accounting: Perform light accounting duties, including reconciliations and data entry.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics operations is required.
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are necessary for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our office operations.
- Task Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure is critical for meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software is a plus.
- Communication and Teamwork: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners is essential for success in this role.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed is required.
