Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Holt Logistics Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our port facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and other team members, including data entry, filing, and communication with various departments and customers.
  • Maintain and evaluate performance metrics for company processes and labor force.
  • Coordinate logistics processes between outside customers and internal staff.
  • Input and track incoming and outgoing order inventories and availability.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.
  • Positive demeanor and ability to cope with fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to obtain Transportation Workers Identification Credentials (TWIC).
Work Environment

This position is in a general office setting and requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
