Job Description
At Cesna, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administration support and assistance, as well as managing office operations and related tasks.

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  • Manage and maintain office inventory, including supplies, equipment, and assets.
  • Coordinate with the building engineer, security, and management to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Support the procurement and inventory control of office supplies, equipment, and stationery.
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the management of the company's car fleet, including registration, recalls, and mileage reporting.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative services and office management.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential company data and records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
  • Collaborative and customer-focused approach.

Education
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
