The Role

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative individual to enhance our rapidly expanding organization by driving brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and overall business growth. This position will work closely with the existing marketing leadership and CEO to refine brand strategy and development while executing marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and foster loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor various teams on brand strategy, establishing brand guidelines, vision, and value propositions for both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with the CEO and current marketing team to play a pivotal role in achieving profitable growth.
  • Implement omnichannel strategies, emphasizing growth through digital commerce.
  • Oversee the budget for advertising and promotional initiatives to support branding efforts.
  • Lead organic social media strategies, including planning, creative development, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Possess a strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Lemon8, X, Threads, and YouTube.
  • Leverage data, consumer insights, and key messaging to craft compelling brand narratives consistently across various marketing channels.
  • Develop strategies to enhance market share and brand reputation, improve customer experiences, and drive growth.
  • Conduct competitor and customer insights analysis.
  • Assist in product development, pricing strategies, and new product launches while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales and engagement efforts, producing weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Drive effective storytelling for email, SMS, and on-site targeting campaigns by testing subject lines, creative content, and timing.
  • Manage brand promotional calendars and activities.
  • Execute all brand events, including press launches, influencer gatherings, consumer activations, and trade shows.
  • Oversee and manage the brand marketing calendar.
  • Supervise and coordinate with the social media team.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies.
  • Work alongside public relations contacts to enhance brand exposure and identify opportunities for planning and execution.
  • Maintain relationships with company stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to analyze current trends, consumer behaviors, and industry developments.
  • Analyze data for trends and insights to inform brand strategy.
  • Communicate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage brand projects through various development stages.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about representing the brand.
  • Minimum requirement: Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Marketing, Mass Communication, or Media.
  • At least 2 years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Demonstrated ability to create effective brand and marketing strategies and communicate insights to executives.
  • Experience in copywriting to produce branded content across multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to identify target audiences and develop effective campaigns.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Able to make swift and effective decisions.
  • Hands-on, analytical, and ambitious mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Docs/Sheets.
