Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Client Relations Specialist to support our strategic marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will embody the brand's voice and presence, effectively executing our marketing and sales objectives. We expect our new team member to cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing clients, contributing to the overall growth in quarterly and annual sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and addressing their inquiries.
  • Analyze target markets to effectively connect with potential and current customers, enhancing our sales pipeline.
  • Articulate the features and advantages of our products/services tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Address objections during the sales process and provide timely responses to inquiries.
  • Maintain professionalism and efficiency in handling all account-related questions.
  • Participate in regular training sessions alongside fellow team members and management.

Qualifications for Success:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
  • A strong desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Proven time management abilities and a robust work ethic.
  • Positive and professional attitude when interacting with colleagues and clients.
