Job Title: Regional Sales Executive

Job Summary:

HireBoss is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Executive to join our team. As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding sales and nurturing client relationships within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed annual sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Territory Management: Strategically plan and manage your sales territory to maximize sales growth and revenue.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular customer visits, build lasting relationships, and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Quotation Management: Prepare, deliver, and follow up on quotations in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.
  • CRM Management: Keep customer information up-to-date in our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Market Feedback: Report on market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Team Coordination: Support and manage non-company sales agents in your region to ensure seamless sales execution.
  • Product Demonstrations: Organize and conduct product demonstrations at our location to showcase our products and services.
  • Documentation: Handle documentation for new orders and customer requests to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Commute Requirement: Must reside within an hour of a major airport due to frequent travel needs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales with technical product lines.
  • Certifications: Valid Passport and Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and business practices related to product sales.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including international travel.
  • Languages: Fluency in Italian is an advantage, but not mandatory.
