About the Role:

As an Enterprise Sales Manager for Next-Gen Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), you will have the thrilling opportunity to drive growth and influence the future of our SIEM and Log Management business at CrowdStrike. You will leverage your relevant technology sales expertise and industry knowledge to effectively position our premier SIEM and log management solutions to our top-tier Enterprise clients, articulating and demonstrating the business value and return on investment. Your role will involve expanding your territory and maximizing market penetration. This position offers unlimited earning potential in one of the most strategic and rapidly growing sectors of the technology landscape, along with the chance to be part of a company leading the way in establishing market dominance.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, develop, and implement account strategies to secure new business opportunities and enhance revenue with clients across your designated region, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements to surpass booking and revenue targets.
  • Engage with decision-makers in key prospective accounts within your territory.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (typically at the CIO and CSO levels) in the industry, partners, and enterprise clients to address all relevant issues concerning sales strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Field Sales, Channels & Alliances, Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Management) to enhance visibility with target accounts and foster engagement with prospects at both individual and executive levels.
  • Work in partnership with collaborators to utilize their established account presence and relationships.
  • Accurately capture, maintain, and share relevant prospect information.
What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years of proven success in selling enterprise platform solutions within markets such as SIEM, log management, cybersecurity, observability, data analytics, or data management.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and the capability to engage effectively with both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure with a disciplined methodology (MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler, etc.).
  • Comfortable in a team-selling environment, collaborating closely with peers in the CrowdStrike sales organization.
  • A history of consistently exceeding sales goals and quotas - a high achiever.
  • A consultative sales approach that encourages businesses to think innovatively.
  • Proficiency in promoting technology and acquiring new accounts (hunting) - skilled at discovering and developing new opportunities with prospects and existing clients.
  • Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • A self-starter who can work independently while also being team-oriented - a collaborative spirit.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills - resourceful and constructive.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $105,000 - $200,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
