Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, the Regional Sales Executive will play a vital role in driving growth and establishing robust partnerships within the assigned territory. We are committed to fostering a culture that values Integrity, Relationships, and Excellence in all our endeavors.

Location: Remote Work Model - Northeast Ohio

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to your territory, identifying opportunities and challenges to achieve premium volume and policy count targets.
  • Sales Development: Cultivate a strong sales pipeline by driving submission activities in targeted classes, utilizing data analytics to enhance agency performance.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective partnerships with agents, underwriting teams, and internal departments to ensure alignment with premium and profit objectives.
  • Training and Support: Provide ongoing education to agency partners regarding new products, services, and operational systems.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics that may influence agency performance within the territory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance sales and commercial underwriting.
  • Alternatively, 6 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data analysis tools such as PowerBI.
  • Background in working with independent insurance agents.
  • Prior experience in a similar sales role.
