As a Regional Sales Executive at Dynabrade, Inc., you will be responsible for promoting our premium pneumatic abrasive power tools and related products through a well-established distribution network to our valued customers.

Your role will involve implementing industry-leading and tailored value-added solutions to enhance productivity and quality, ultimately leading to measurable sales growth, improved profitability, and heightened customer loyalty.


This position operates remotely from a home office within the designated territory.

Territory Overview:

Southwest Ohio:
Covering the Cincinnati and Dayton metropolitan areas

  • Kentucky

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, prospects, and accounts.
  • Conduct Joint Sales Calls alongside Distributor Sales Representatives and/or Strategic Partners when marketing Dynabrade Power Tool products to clients.
  • Facilitate product training sessions with distributors and engage in open houses with end-users.
  • Foster positive relationships with distributor partners and proactively address any conflicts.
  • Participate in the strategic planning process to set territory goals and objectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to promote Dynabrade Solutions to targeted industries within your assigned territory.
  • Allocate time effectively, focusing 80% on End-User calls, 15% on distributor visits, and 5% on tool clinics/trade shows.
  • Accountable for executing the tactical actions of the sales plan and achieving sales targets within the territory.
  • Organize, schedule, and prioritize tasks efficiently within the territory.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all Dynabrade products and their applications, with a strong emphasis on those relevant to your territory. Become the Expert.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new product developments, competition, and technology to continuously enhance knowledge and performance.
  • Familiarity with ISO certification and quality improvement processes to meet customer and regulatory requirements, enhance customer satisfaction, and exceed product quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager, Dynabrade Product Managers, Trainers, and Marketing team to support and promote our products.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 50%, while working from a home-based office.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant technical experience with mechanical and electronic components.
  • Experience with power tools and completing projects that require tool usage is preferred.
  • Commitment to adhering to safety standards in accordance with OSHA / ANSI regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and diverse objectives.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
