Position Overview
AnewHealth is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist (also known as a Marketing Email Specialist) to oversee the execution of email marketing initiatives and automation strategies aimed at cultivating and enhancing relationships with clients, particularly healthcare professionals.
This role involves collaboration with the Marketing team and cross-departmental engagement to support Sales and Account Management throughout the entire business development, sales, and relationship management lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage email marketing automation campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot).
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with stakeholders to design customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Studio.
- Identify trends and insights, proactively recommending strategies to boost engagement and overall effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Create tailored landing pages, forms, and surveys for diverse target audiences.
- Oversee the process of UTM link creation, tracking, and execution.
- Assess the current capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) and suggest enhancements for email marketing strategies, rules, and system architecture.
- Maintain a structured information architecture across various projects, campaigns, and naming conventions.
- Act as a regular content editor for WordPress sites.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across digital marketing strategies.
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools, particularly marketing automation platforms.
- Pardot certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing reporting for campaign performance.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Creative mindset with strong project management capabilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in marketing, digital marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of direct experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
