About the Role

Terra Sonic International (TSI) is a leader in Sonic Drilling Technology, serving industries like Minerals, Mining, Environmental, Geothermal, and Water Exploration. We design, engineer, and manufacture advanced Sonic Drill Rigs and provide support on proprietary technology deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components and systems for TSI's various Drilling Rig series, working from blueprints to ensure high-quality assembly.
  • Troubleshoot and repair assembly issues to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Provide customer support for field units and uphold safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CDL A preferred; Forklift operator certification required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with skills in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, production drawings, and performing assembly tasks accurately.
  • Experience with hand tools and basic machine operation (e.g., drill press, engine lathes, vertical mills).
  • Functional knowledge of electric over hydraulic controls and digital master control systems like IQAN.
  • Understanding of safety protocols, with completion of OSHA training within six months of employment.
