Job Title: Quality Technician

At Terra Sonic International, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with quality management systems.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, forms, and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform process capability studies to monitor performance and prevent process drift.
  • Track non-conformance costs and recommend continuous improvement projects.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform quality decisions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to establish measurement techniques and verify finished products comply with specifications.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in an applied science or engineering field.
  • 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or Quality Technician in a manufacturing facility.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
