Job Overview

Terra Sonic International LLC is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and executing sales opportunities to support the company's sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales goals for both new product and service
  • Expand Terra Sonic International's customer base, selling to new and existing key/target accounts
  • Travel into territory to support achieving sales goals and customer support goals
  • Provide technical support to customers in the form of innovative and cost-effective design proposals
  • Utilize Salesforce and other selling tools to manage accounts and to find new accounts
  • Manage a territory of accounts as the primary contact for prospecting new accounts and developing existing accounts

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in Industrial and/or heavy equipment retail sales
  • 5+ years experience in the drilling industry
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google platform
  • Proficiency using Salesforce
  • Ability to travel within a territory and work flexible hours
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all customers and leaders at all levels
  • Proven ability to effectively market products, negotiate terms and close deals
  • Self-starter, proactive, strategic thinker, and resourceful
  • Effective organizational, time management and priority-setting skills to complete numerous tasks under time constraints
