Role Summary:

As a Technology Services Project Coordinator within our Technology Services Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of technology and security initiatives, with a particular focus on enhancing our organization's infrastructure. Your role will involve coordinating various technology efforts, including transitions from On-Premises to Cloud environments, as well as managing workflows related to IT service management and ensuring compliance with infrastructure objectives. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, reporting, and other essential project management documentation.
  • Serve as the principal lead throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of results.
  • Lead negotiations for external and internal contracts related to all IT partnerships.
  • Facilitate communication to effectively share project outcomes with stakeholders.
  • Conduct internal and external project meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to provide updates on infrastructure initiatives.
  • Enhance knowledge transfer by creating clear documentation, standard operating procedures, and updates to policy manuals.
  • Track compliance initiatives to ensure all audit requirements are fulfilled.
  • Monitor expenditures related to infrastructure and track the expiration of platform subscriptions.
  • Work closely with Legal and Purchasing Departments on contract submissions and terminations.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $120,000 USD.

The successful candidate will be expected to work in our offices a majority of the week and may be required to travel as necessary.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure project management.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
  • Proven success in leading and managing complex projects from inception through to post-deployment.
  • Experience in documenting project plans effectively.
  • A highly self-motivated and collaborative individual capable of working independently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A results-oriented approach with the ability to drive tasks to completion within deadlines.
