Role Summary:
We are in search of a meticulous and proactive Office Coordinator & Customer Relations Specialist. This role encompasses managing financial transactions, processing invoices, and performing various administrative duties while also supporting our customer service initiatives. Familiarity with our product offerings will be essential to effectively assist clients and provide precise information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee and execute invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments.
- Invoice Preparation: Generate and dispatch invoices to clients, following up on any outstanding payments as required.
- Administrative Duties: Provide support with general office responsibilities, including data management, filing, and communication handling.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering a positive experience.
- Product Familiarization: Acquire knowledge of our Filabot and Massive Dimension products to effectively respond to customer queries.
- Client Liaison: Serve as a communication bridge between clients and our internal team, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
- Support Coverage: Assist in maintaining customer service operations during team member absences.
