Key Responsibilities- Replenish stock levels, perform pick and putaway tasks, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Verify incoming shipments, manage inventory, and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory and supplies.
- Participate in quality control initiatives, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or concerns.
- 3+ months of professional work experience in a warehouse or materials management setting.
- 3+ months of experience with MS Office, including proficiency in Excel and data entry.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 55 pounds, and work at heights above 15 feet.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with computerized materials management systems, such as SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Basic math skills, including fractions, and ability to perform calculations accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
A verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. CVS Health offers a comprehensive training program to support your growth and development in this role.
Compensation and BenefitsThe typical pay range for this role is $26.21 per hour.
