Job Description

Atlantic, Hall, and Russel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers through phone calls, email, and chat to set sales appointments and positively impact sales volume and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Handle Internet Sales Leads, focusing on scheduling sales appointments for our sales department.
  • Utilize sales phone scripts for outbound/inbound calls and objection techniques to achieve daily call goals.
  • Follow all Internet Lead Handling processes and procedures.
  • Meet daily outbound call goals (75+ calls minimum) and KPI performance appointment goals.
  • Follow up with customers who have visited the dealership.
  • Assist in other areas as needed.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated individual with strong initiative, excellent time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with proficient skills in Excel and computing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
