**Principal Business Manager, Growth and Expansion**

Mission Lane is a leading fintech company revolutionizing access to credit for millions of Americans. We're seeking a highly analytical and strategic Principal Business Manager to join our Customer Growth Team.
Key Responsibilities- Own and optimize marketing activities and performance metrics in multiple channels for customer acquisition.
- Analyze campaign performance data to inform marketing strategy, optimize targeting, and improve product offerings.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth, leveraging first-party and third-party data sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve profitability by refining creative strategy, pricing, targeting, and the end-to-end customer journey.
- Proven ability to problem-solve end-to-end, from framing questions to analyzing data and communicating results.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
- 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative field.
- Experience working with credit cards or other consumer lending products.
- Hands-on experience owning one or more marketing channels.
- Experience helping scale a business in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Expertise in SQL and/or Python.

- A competitive target base salary of $125,000 - $140,000, plus an annual bonus incentive program, equity, and Mission Lane's monthly Thrive Cash.
