Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Management and Forecasting
    • Manage renewal forecasting and reporting to ensure accurate pacing goals
    • Coordinate monthly reports for forecasting, delivery tracking, and revenue recognition
  • Crediting and Booking Processes
    • Maintain a deep understanding of crediting rules and processes
    • Track incoming contracts and ensure timely booking across multiple modules and business lines
  • KPI Tracking and Account Management Reporting
    • Manage Salesforce dashboards for Research renewals and upsell NBB

  • Relationship Expansion Team (RET) Accounts Oversight
    • Update account and territory assignments for Research partnerships and other products owned by RET
    • Manage and ensure accuracy of partner account lists and memberships reporting
  • Salesforce and CPQ Support
    • Coordinate with the Salesforce and Operations teams on changes to Salesforce
    • Manage annual Salesforce CPQ updates, including new pricing and Scopes of Work
  • QA Call Process Management
    • Own the creation of QA call batches based on renewal units and decision timelines
    • Oversee call tracking, updating call materials, and collecting partner background
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-4+ years of relevant full-time professional work experience
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking capabilities, and problem-solving abilities
  • Very strong Excel skills and experience with preparing reports and/or conducting data analysis
  • Substantial experience utilizing Salesforce
  • A high-level of comfort with learning new technology, systems, and processes
  • A proactive and methodical approach, a client-focused mindset, and a desire to seek additional ways to add value
  • Ability to independently manage multiple simultaneous projects and hold others accountable to achieving deadlines and milestones
  • Clear and effective written and oral communication skills; the ability to translate data into digestible insights and tailor communication appropriately towards various stakeholders
  • Discretion in handling sensitive firm, department, and staff performance information
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with operations or reporting for renewal/sales forecasting, pipeline management, account management, and/or partner health tracking for a large pool of partners
  • Experience building reports and/or dashboards in Salesforce
  • Experience utilizing SQL for data reporting
  • Experience working with CPQ in Salesforce
  • Experience implementing new processes, including change management, documentation, training, etc.
  • Effective relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with staff and leaders at various levels in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Basic PowerPoint skills for building internal presentations or resources
