As a Lead Business Consultant within Innovation Services, you will collaborate closely with the Manager of Innovation Services to deliver confidential insights and recommendations to executive leadership regarding operational strategies, key initiatives, and enhancements in business processes.

Your expertise in research, business acumen, project management, and change management will empower executive leadership in making informed decisions and solving complex challenges.

In this capacity, you will identify both business and technical improvement opportunities aimed at boosting operational efficiency and delivering substantial value to the organization.

In this position, you will primarily operate from our designated office, with the option to work remotely as needed.

What You Will Do As a Lead Business Consultant:
• Formulate and assess alternatives, engage in ongoing evaluation and enhancement to devise solutions, and guide sound decisions regarding processes while maintaining financial integrity and confidentiality.
• Spearhead strategic planning efforts with various business units.
• Organize, schedule, and facilitate work, developing actionable plans while being mindful of competing priorities, time limitations, resource availability, and confidentiality.
• Craft change management strategies and lead initiatives to implement business solutions.
• Analyze organizational challenges, conduct research, and present solutions to senior management.
• Interpret financial policies and technical documents, evaluate facts, and provide impartial, systematic recommendations.
• Anticipate future organizational needs and assess new technologies that may support those requirements.

• Offer guidance and expertise to executive leadership on business process enhancement initiatives, and actively participate in the implementation of process changes and new business models.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of current business operations, providing objective analysis to optimize efficiency from multiple perspectives.
• Perform client and stakeholder impact assessments, training needs evaluations, and facilitate client working group planning, documentation, and scheduling.
• Identify organizational risks and advise management on business continuity planning.
• Develop and present critical issues, priorities, and initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
Your Qualifications:
• A master’s degree in business administration or a comparable combination of experience and education.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation is advantageous.
