Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Support Specialist to assist our HR department in its daily operations. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine desire to assist others.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the recruitment process by managing job postings, evaluating resumes, coordinating interviews, and aiding in the onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of employee records in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits management by collecting and confirming employee data.
  • Help plan and execute training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Address employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Generate HR-related reports and documentation as required, including attendance and leave records.
  • Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
  • Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within the HR field, is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
