About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Associate to join our team at Atlassian. As an Account Associate, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by building strong relationships with our enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Manage a diverse portfolio of enterprise customers, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure their success with our products.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Partner with sales teams to develop and execute account plans, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with customer success, sales, and product teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Forecast and Analyze Performance: Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue growth, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Ability to navigate complex business needs and requirements, with a consultative sales approach that focuses on building strong relationships and delivering value to customers.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Portuguese: Must be fluent in Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in this language.
