  • Maintain open communication between clients, their consumers, and our team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide clients with personalized purchasing experiences and exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure products are being promoted and assist with processing orders.
  • Document client contact information, ensure purchase orders are accurate, and submit all information to our Senior Client Relations Associates.
  • Collaborate with fellow Marketing & Communications Associates and other Customer Service and Sales team members to ensure marketing goals and sales targets are met.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in Marketing, Communications, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or related fields preferred.
  • People-oriented and passionate about building relationships.
  • Charismatic and personable demeanor that fosters strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated to improve interpersonal skills.
  • Practices active listening and is empathetic to clients' concerns.
  • Solution-oriented and takes initiative in resolving unexpected challenges.
