Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Retail Account Manager to continue building our brick and mortar and e-commerce partnerships. This role will report into the Senior Manager of National Retail Accounts and will be responsible for category building, joint business planning, and working within the broader marketing organization to bring to life creative and engaging programming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category building strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, and accounting, to closely monitor operational performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on market trends and competitor activity
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure EverlyWell remains competitive

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of retail account or category management experience either at a broker, within a consumer packaged goods organization, or within a retailer organization
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within Business or Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency with Google and Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Proven ability to organize, analyze, and present data findings to provide solutions
