We are in search of a meticulous and highly organized Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities and demonstrate the capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the office, which includes managing phone calls, organizing appointments, and addressing customer service needs.
  • Support bookkeeping efforts and ensure accurate maintenance of financial documentation.
  • Facilitate meetings and events by preparing agendas and documenting minutes.
  • Systematically organize and uphold office filing systems.
  • Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Contribute to special projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Handle invoicing and collection processes.
Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred experience of 1+ years in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks
