About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting our financial advisors in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing personalized service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, managing client communications, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, such as events and promotions, to drive business growth and client engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with financial advisors and other branch team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional client service.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in current and new office technology, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Business Acumen: Basic understanding of financial services and markets, with a willingness to learn and develop skills in this area.
