Arco Media Group is seeking a dedicated full-time Senior Administrative Coordinator. Please note that this position is not remote. The Senior Administrative Coordinator will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including calendar oversight, email management, meeting attendance, and note-taking among others. Our office environment is dynamic, vibrant, and situated in a prime location.

The key responsibilities for this position encompass:

  • Overseeing the CEO's calendar, ensuring careful consideration of scheduling when arranging new appointments.
  • Participating in all meetings across AMG's brands, currently totaling five, and providing comprehensive notes for each session to the CEO.
  • Executing business-related errands for the CEO as necessary, such as banking and postal tasks.
  • Preparing the office for in-person meetings, which includes catering arrangements and ensuring the conference room is well-organized.
  • Promptly responding to urgent emails directed to the CEO, monitoring email flow to prevent any missed communications.
  • Managing general office operations, ensuring that supplies are consistently stocked, organizing business lunches as required, and informing staff about company holidays or upcoming days off.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Executive or Administrative Assistant role.
  • Reliable transportation to the office.
  • Strong attention to detail, quick adaptability, and a proactive learning approach.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous work environment.
