Key Responsibilities
Office Administration:
- Oversee daily office activities to ensure efficient operations.

- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.

- Assist in managing social media accounts and digital marketing strategies.
- Support the planning and execution of conferences and trade shows.

- Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

Education and Experience
- 1-3 years of progressive administrative experience required, with a strong emphasis on Marketing and/or HR.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or related fields are advantageous.
