We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR Managers and Director in all aspects of the department, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate and monitor benefit plans, develop and implement community-specific employee communication, and serve as a liaison between the corporate benefits division and the community.
- Employee Engagement: Participate in recruitment activities, coordinate and develop employee event planning and employee development programs, and provide consultative end-user transaction processing guidance in systems such as Workday and UKG.
- Employee Relations: Assist in responding to employee relations issues in partnership with the appropriate line manager/supervisor, and maintain electronic employee files.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate management information reports from Workday weekly, monthly, and per request.
- Special Projects: Complete special projects as assigned, and may organize campus Benefits Fair as an introduction for Open Enrollment.

- A minimum of 1 year of HR-related experience or equivalent education required.
- Experience with an HRIS program Workday preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- PHR certification is desirable.
