Position Summary

The Office Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting our Marketing and Human Resources departments. This position involves assisting with various administrative functions, facilitating communication, and contributing to diverse projects that enhance our marketing strategies and HR operations. Key Responsibilities

Office Administration:
Manage daily office activities to ensure efficient operations.
Oversee inventory of office supplies, equipment, and facility requirements.
Track and manage kitchen supplies and food stock.
Organize schedules and logistics for leadership meetings.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.
Handle front office duties, including welcoming visitors, sorting mail, and ordering supplies and catering as required.

Marketing Assistance:
Aid in the implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Assist in managing social media accounts and digital marketing efforts.
Support planning and setup for conferences and trade shows.

Human Resources Assistance:
Contribute to recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees and coordinate training sessions.
Support employee engagement activities and office events.
Perform HR-related tasks at a professional level while collaborating closely with the HR Director to support organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, CRM software).
Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
High energy level and a positive disposition.
  • Adaptable and able to quickly engage in various projects to assist the team in a dynamic start-up environment.

Education and Experience
1-3 years of relevant administrative experience, with a focus on Marketing and/or HR preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or related fields are advantageous.
