Senior Sales Manager

**Job Summary**
UpShot Recruiting is seeking a seasoned Sales professional to join our team as a Regional Vice President of Sales. This is a leadership role that requires a strong track record of success in sales management, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding market share within a designated geographic region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of business development managers, each managing a pod of showrooms and outside sales reps.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Sales Performance and Reporting: Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
**Requirements**
- 10+ years of Sales Management Experience in building products distribution or a related industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with experience managing large teams.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
