Position Overview:
As a vital member of the Sales and Marketing team, the Sales Associate plays a crucial role in promoting the Erickson lifestyle to potential residents. This position involves working both independently and collaboratively within a highly interactive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective clients through various sales activities, including:
- Daily phone outreach
- In-person sales meetings
- Group presentations
Utilize strategic messaging and tactics to effectively influence prospects.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to revenue growth.
Implement comprehensive follow-up and retention strategies to ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct phone sales aimed at enhancing the quality and quantity of appointments with potential residents.
Oversee the accuracy of our Customer Relationship Management database and related reports.

Qualifications:
